CLASSES

We deliver a wide range of community based health hubs and wellbeing activities. Here are some of our classes we provide:

TAI CHI

Tai Chi is an ancient Chinese martial art practiced for health and relaxation. Called ‘the meditation in motion’, this beautiful, gentle discipline is a whole-body exercise that's practiced standing or seated without placing stress on joints and muscles. Tai Chi is suitable for all abilities and any fitness level.

Our class starts with a gentle warm up followed by the gradual learning and practice of a specially modified Tai Chi form. A gentle cool down completes the class.
