At The Health and Wellness Hub, we deliver a comprehensive range of specialised peer support groups. Here are some of our peer support groups we provide:​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

NATTER & CHATTER PEER SUPPORT GROUP

Natter and Chatter is a FREE volunteer led peer support group to help support our local community and bring people together. Providing a hot drink and a listening ear.

OFFERS:

  • Opportunity to meet new people

  • A safe space to talk

  • Free tea and coffee

  • Runs alongside the community hub, receive a 15 minute holistic treatment for only £3

MEN'S PEER SUPPORT GROUP

Our Men’s Peer Support Group is a FREE volunteer led peer support group to help support men and bring them together. Providing a space for men to talk in a comfortable environment.

  • Free tea and coffee

  • Emotional support without worrying about judgement

  • Validation from others who understand and relate to your experience

  • Reduced stigma, talking openly reduces shame around seeking help

ARTS 'N' CRAFTS

Arts ‘N’ Crafts is a FREE peer support service that provides a space for creating art. Trying out new skills in painting, drawing, craft, colouring and so much more!

GARDENING PEER SUPPORT GROUP

Our Gardening Peer Support Group is a FREE group that provides a garden space for growing flowers. You'll learn new skills in gardening and meet green fingered people like yourself.

  • A safe space to talk

  • Free tea and coffee

BENEFITS:

  • Reduces stress and promotes relaxation

  • Boosts mood and mental wellbeing

  • Provides moderate exercise

  • Connecting with nature

WALKING GROUP

Our Walking Group is a FREE group that provides guided walks, offering benefits like exercise, social connection and improved mental health.
