Our Community Health Hub is where local people can access low cost or free health and wellbeing activities, meet new people and socialise.

Community Health Hub - Every Thursday & Friday

15 minute treatment for £3

Thursdays - 10am - 12pm

Friday - 10:30pm - 12:30pm

What we offer:

  • 15 minute Massage or Reiki treatments for just £3

  • Free tea and coffee

  • Opportunity to join our peer support group

  • Opportunity to meet new people

  • Massage helps reduce muscle tension, improves circulation and helps increase joint mobility and flexibility
