SOCIAL

At The Health and Wellness Hub, we strive to bring our services to as many people as possible and this includes offering our services to organisations who have an ethos within their own workplace around health and wellbeing and wish to invest in their staff's health, morale and personal and professional development.  The beauty of buying in our services are you not only get a quality service but the margin allows us to reinvest in our charitable aims and objectives and are not a gain for directors or shareholders which means we can continue offering a service to those who need it most.

Our practitioners are highly experienced professionals and have excellent track records of helping others address their health and wellbeing needs. They are fully insured and have been PVG Disclosure checked too.

Relaxation classes

Suitable for all who struggle to relax, classes offer a variety of tools to aid relaxation and lower stress levels.

Reiki

A very gentle therapy based on the principle that the therapist can treat those parts of the body that require help by laying his or her hands close to the sight of the problem.

Indian Head Massage

Involves a massage to the head, face, upper back, shoulders and upper arms that relieves tension in the muscles

Swedish Massage

Can relax the entire body by rubbing the muscles with long gliding strokes in the direction of the blood returning to the heart.

Oncology massage

A relaxing, gentle and therapeutic form of massage provided by specialist therapists to perform a safe and supportive massage which is modified for the specific needs of clients with cancer.

Angelic Reiki

Angelic Reiki is a safe, natural and powerful healing method for everyone that works with the higher energy of the angelic realm. Addressing physical, mental, emotional or spiritual imbalances.

Crystal Therapy

Crystal Healing is an energy based system using the laying of different crystals going up the chakra system on the clients body. As the crystals have different energies, the same as the body, when the energy of the body become stagnant, unbalanced or blocked, the crystals can help unblock, balance and redirect the energy where most needed in the body.

Hopi Ear Candling
A Hopi Ear Candle treatment can be enjoyed purely for relaxation purposes, but the process is believed to be helpful for many problems and conditions such as Sinusitis, Tinnitus, Hay Fever, Headaches, Irritability and Stress, colds, and help to loosen excessive ear wax. The treatment involves placing an ear candle – a hollow tube made of unbleached cotton that is coated with natural ingredients such as beeswax, honey and herbs into the ear canal. Treating each ear separately, as the candle gently burns down it is believed to act like a ‘chimney’ creating a light vacuum effect. The flicker of the flame also creates vibrations that massage the eardrum. The herbal vapors from the lit candle also swirl into the ear canal, helping to soothe and balance.
